hi there James Bill ABH-3 / SW-1 i would for post 2 items for me. 1. michigan chapter uss saratoga next meetingis on 18 oct,2008 at 1300 at the old country buffet. 4695 bay rd saginaw, mi 989-790-6522.need directions. south on I-75 take 675 exit south to tittabawasse rd, top of ramp t/R to bay rd t/L on bay rd old country buffet will be on right side. north on I-75 take 675 exit north to tittabawasse rd, top of ramp t/L to bay rd t/L on bay rd old country buffet will be on right side. 2. is anyone that like to get together in michigan for summer camping,fishing& just to get together some fun. please contact james bill @ 989-895-5904 u have done a great job of putting this site together thank you please email jimssfi@sbcglobal.net to let of posting thank u again jb

I served on the USS Saratoga in 1976 & 1977. I worked in the engine room as a Mechanist Mate FN and had some of the best times of my life and savor the memories while I was assigned to the ship.
